• Using in the user\'s photo, first or last name information prohibited by the law of the Russian Federation and / or the Rules for using the service (obscene language, contact details);
• User fraudulently attempted to obtain bank card details from other users;
• The user did not send the product after receiving the prepayment or did not pay for the product after receiving it.
