Rules for submitting ads

When registering on this site, the User agrees to these rules* and assumes the rights and obligations specified in them related to the submission of ads to the site.

Attention! These rules apply to both free and paid ads (Premium, VIP ads) that are published on the site https://ithai.market. Paid ads can also be blocked if violations are found.

If there is information that the posted ads violate the rules of the Site, the current legislation and / or the rights of third parties, https://ithai.market  has the right to check and / or delete such ads at any time, as well as restrict the actions of the User who posted these ads on the site.

The site administration reserves the right to refuse to publish an ad if the User systematically violates the rules site and when confirming complaints about the ad from other users.

General

  • Ad content must not violate federal law "About Ads" No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006
  • Do not post https://ithai.marketservices/prohibited goods and services.
  • It is forbidden to publish ads from users who do not have the proposed object / service, or who do not have a documented right to carry out a legal transaction.
  • A user can have only one registration (account) on the site. Do not register again with another e-mail.
  • Do not submit the same ad (offering the same product) or services) repeatedly, regardless of whether you post them in different regions or categories.
  • Place one specific product/service in one ad. The exception is the offer of a "set", which is sold / rented as a whole, indicating the price for the entire set.
  • Do not post ads of a general advertising nature, ads advertising Internet resources (portals , forums, dating sites, etc.), businesses (shops, companies).
  • Do not post ads asking for financial assistance, raising funds for treatment, acceptance as a gift, etc.
  • Ads containing knowingly false information, advertising of financial « pyramids» and other dubious ways to generate income.
  • Choose the section that best matches the topic of your ad, as well as the region that matches the actual the location of your product.

    For example: " ;1-room. Apartment in Sochi", the region indicated in the ad must be Sochi, not Moscow, St. Petersburg, etc.

  • If your offer is no longer relevant, be sure to unpublish your ad immediately after transaction.
  • Announcements are accepted for publication only in Russian and written in Cyrillic, except for the rubric "Job" that can be advertised in English. Ads must comply with the rules of the Russian language, that is, they must not contain spelling, punctuation and stylistic errors.
  • Ads that lack some of the essential information about the advertised product, about conditions of its acquisition or use, if this distorts the meaning of the information and misleads advertising consumers.

Ad field requirements:

Title

  • Ad title must match its content.
  • Do not use repeated question marks, exclamations, or other marks, or words that attract attention, for example, "Urgent!!!", "I will sell!", "I will buy!", "Affordable offer"; etc.
  • Do not include contact information (phone number, physical/legal/e-mail address ( e-mail), site name (links), ICQ, skype, company name, etc.).
  • Do not capitalize the title, except for the first letters of capital words and proper nouns . Only abbreviations can be written entirely in upper case. An example of incorrect spelling: "URGENTLY BUY VAZ-2109".

Description

  • The ad must contain as much detail as possible about the specific product/service you offer / are looking for. It is permissible to indicate related information: conditions and options for purchasing, delivery, information about discounts and gifts, installation and installation of the purchased goods, etc.
  • It is not allowed to describe the features of the item of sale that are promotional.
  • The ad text must not contain contact information (phone number, physical/legal/ email address (e-mail), site name (links), ICQ, skype, etc.).
  • Uppercase is not allowed, except in first letters of capital words and proper nouns .
  • It is not allowed to use keywords in the description to facilitate the search for seller\'s ads, listing several products , placement of price lists.

Price

  • Price must match the actual price of the item/service.
  • Price must be an integer, words replacing price are not allowed (For example, "expensive", "inexpensive", "symbolic price", etc.).
  • Price must be for the entire item being sold/rented. (For example, when selling an item in installments, the price should be indicated in full, and not depending on the installment payment term. Indicate the installment information in the text.)
  • Don\'t include a price in your — there is a separate field for this.

Photos

  • The photo showing the product/service you offer must match the title and text ads.
  • Photo cannot contain user interface elements, abstract drawings, frames or other details , drawn with graphic editors.
  • The photo must not contain a collage as a title photo, logo (including h. Slando and Avito), brand, copyright, watermark, company name, telephone, e-mail, website links, etc.
  • The photograph must be of good quality, the object depicted must be distinguishable, the optimal size is: width – 1024 pixels, height – 800 pixels, size up to 500 KB.
  • Watermark with full name image is allowed on the photo. For Internet partners, a watermark with the company name or company logo can be used. The watermark should not occupy more than 25% of the photo area, and should not distort the image of the object.
  • In advertisements for the sale and purchase of goods, only real photographs of the proposed object may be used.
  • Service ads may contain any graphics that are relevant to the topic, but do not violate anyone\'s intellectual property rights.
  • It is forbidden to use photos containing images of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, weapons , or other similar items.

After posting (publishing), the ad becomes visible to all users and is checked by a moderator. If the moderator finds an error, then the ad will be rejected with the obligatory indication of the reason for the rejection.

Ad rejection — it is just a bug report. The listing author can correct the mistake and publish the listing again.
